Red & Golden Amber Zircon Necklace

Warm autumn color, glowing gemstones, and handmade sterling silver.

Some gemstones just have that little bit of magic to them. These zircons are two of those stones.

This one-of-a-kind necklace features a glowing golden amber zircon paired with a rich red amber zircon. Both stones have an incredible luminous quality in person, catching the light with flashes of golden yellow, amber, and warm orange.

The golden zircon has a warm, honey-like radiance, while the deeper red zircon shifts beautifully between rich amber and orange as the light moves across it. They are the kind of stones that make you want to keep turning the piece to see the colors change.

I handmade the pendant from .925 sterling silver, using textured and darkened silver details to frame the stones and emphasize their natural warmth and glow. The darker silver creates a beautiful contrast against the luminous gemstones and gives the necklace an earthy, autumnal feel.

The pendant measures approximately 3/4 inch long and comes ready to wear on an adjustable sterling silver chain.

A note about the photos: The colors and glow you see in these photographs are very close to how these stones look in person. Very little adjustment was made to the gemstone color—the zircons really are this vibrant and luminous in the light.
